Parents who have used this template have not had to then complete a long-winded EHCP application given to them by the local authority – so we think it works well, as long as you provide enough information and evidence to back up your reasons for making the application.
Of course, the letter comes with no guarantees and it is purely a guideline. But so far, has a great success rate. You may need some extra help with this which is where our SEND Advice team comes in.
